Terms & Conditions
Last updated: Nov-21-2025
1. Who We Are
This website and the CDL School Marketing & Advertising System (also referred to as the “CDL School Marketing System”, “EnrollPro”, “CDL Student Engine bundle”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) are operated by Fullpower Marketing LTD, doing business as Fullpower Marketing.
Our main website is fullpower-marketing.com.
You can contact us at:
Email: hello@fullpower-marketing.com
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website, downloading any resources, booking a call, or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
3. Who Our Services Are For
Our services, bundles, and marketing systems are designed for business owners and teams at CDL / truck driving schools. By using our site or buying from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are acting in a business or professional capacity.
4. Description of Services
Through this website we offer, among other things:
- Marketing strategy and consulting for CDL and truck driving schools.
- Done-for-you marketing services (ads, funnels, websites, content, reports).
- Templates, guides, scripts, trainings, and digital resources.
- Access to call bookings and onboarding forms.
Specific inclusions, timelines, and deliverables for each engagement may be outlined separately in a proposal, order form, or service agreement. If there is any conflict, the specific agreement you sign with us will override this page.
5. No Guarantees of Results
We specialize in marketing for CDL schools and will use our best efforts and experience to help you attract leads and enroll students. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific results, such as a certain number of leads, enrollments, revenue, or profit.
Your results depend on many factors outside of our control, including your local market, competition, pricing, training quality, internal sales process, and how consistently your team follows up on leads.
6. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Prices for our services, bundles, and packages are displayed on the site or in a separate proposal and are subject to change at any time. Taxes may be added where applicable.
Unless stated otherwise in a written agreement:
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase for digital bundles and one-time offers.
- Retainer or monthly services are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled according to your service agreement.
- Because our digital resources are delivered instantly and can be copied, we generally do not offer refunds on digital products once access has been granted.
For done-for-you services, any refund or cancellation terms will be described in your separate service agreement or proposal. Where there is a conflict, that agreement controls.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site and in our bundles—including copy, sales pages, videos, designs, templates, training materials, and downloadable files—is owned by or licensed to Fullpower Marketing LTD, unless otherwise noted.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials you purchase or receive from us inside your own CDL / truck driving school or directly related business. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or give away our materials as your own product.
- Share login details or files outside of your organization without written permission.
- Use our content to create a competing “CDL marketing system” without consent.
8. Testimonials and Case Studies
Any testimonials, reviews, case studies, or examples shown on this site or in our materials represent the experiences of specific clients. They are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
By working with us, you agree that we may, with your permission, reference your business as a client in our marketing materials (for example: name, logo, general description of services rendered). If you no longer wish for us to do so, please email us and we will remove or anonymize future references where reasonably possible.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this site or our materials to:
- Break any laws or regulations.
- Send spam or misleading marketing messages.
- Misrepresent your CDL school’s approvals, licenses, or outcomes.
- Harass, abuse, or harm any person.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fullpower Marketing LTD and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of our site or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Not Affiliated with Government or Trucking Brands
We are an independent marketing company. We are not affiliated with any government agency, licensing authority, or specific trucking brand. Any logos or trademarks of third parties used for illustrative purposes remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Changes to the Site or Offer
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of this website, the CDL School Marketing System, or related offers at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect obligations for services already contracted and paid for, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
